SANI-STAR L.L.C. warrants to purchaser for a period of twelve months from date of install that equipment manufactured by SANI-STAR L.L.C. is free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed and operated in accordance with the instructions provided. This warranty does not cover any failure due to accident, modification, tampering, abuse, shipping damage or operation of equipment in an improper manner. During the one year warranty period, SANI-STAR L.L.C. will, at its own discretion repair or replace said equipment.
